 لا يمكن للعميل استرجاع او استبدال شراشف السرير والمخدات والمراتب والسجاد والإكسسوارات والبضائع المخفضة.

 البضاعة المسترجعة لا تضيف أيام جديدة لفترة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال من تاريخ الفاتورة الأصلية.

     .عند الغاء البضاعة يسترد كامل المبلغ المدفوع الى رصيد العميل لدى المعرض بشرط عدم استلام البضاعه او البضاعه خارجة للتوصيل وتطبق شروط واحكام الشركة

جميع المبيعات نهائية. لا نقوم برد الأموال أو استبدال المنتجات بعد تأكيد الطلب. ومع ذلك، إذا وصل المنتج إليك وهو تالف، يمكنك طلب استرداد المبلغ أو استبداله. يجب إبلاغنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام المنتج مع تقديم صور واضحة للضرر. سيقوم فريقنا بمراجعة الطلب وتحديد الحل المناسب.

في حال تمت الموافقة على الاسترداد، سيتم إضافة المبلغ إلى المحفظة الإلكترونية الخاصة بك لاستخدامه في المشتريات المستقبلية

Customer can't return or exchange bed sheets pillow cases, mattresses, accessories and carpets also the furniture has sale.

Exchanged or refunded items don't get additional days to the original invoice date for return of exchange.

The invoice will be cancelled and amount will be converted into store credit, as long as items are not delivered/received and the request follows company's terms and conditions.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed. However, if an item arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photos of the damage. Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your e-wallet for future purchases.
